Path To ZFL Tournament Glory Goes Through Scenic Zion National Park!

(Zion National Park, Utah)_The Zion Football League is happy to announce that Riffian Invitational XXXII will be held on Sunday, September 30th at Mike's cabin inside scenic Zion National Park. As the oldest annual tournament in the 35 year history of the ZFL the Riffian Invitational tournament has historically showcased the league's best teams and players. That tradition of excellence will continue as the call of armchair football inspires high rolling game day action within the canyons of Zion .

ZFL teams continue to chase Shawn's streaking Assassins, who are in first place in the 2012 ZFL standings, and are currently on a seven game ZFL tournament game winning streak.

Your host Mike will provide a big yield of his sweet green chili and Spanish rice. ZFL fans are asked to pitch in complimentary treats and party favorites.

Stoners Escape Posse 35-31 and Capture Southern Utah Classic VI Third Place!

(Hurricane, Utah)_After Mike's Posse scored a touchdown on a one yard Screen Pass with only eleven plays left in the Southern Utah Classic Third Place game to grab a 31-28 lead, Tony's Stoners got their buzz on. The Stoners jammed 60 yards in four plays with a 30 yard TD Option Sweep finishing off their drive and the Posse 35-31.

With the exciting SUC third place tourney win coach Tony's Stoners are now locked in a zig-zag death-match with Shawn's Assassins and Tim's Heat for top ZFL 2012 honors. Tony's ongoing search for ZFL glory will be tested in the Riffian Invitational XXXII tournament, to be held in Zion National Park on Sepember 30th.

Kathy and Doug opened up Lil' Hussys Stadium at cool Spendlove Place to host the Southern Utah Classic VI third place tussle and willingly provided a fun fish festivus and much love.
