Southern Utah Classic III to be held at Oak Grove Campground in the Pine Valley Mountains!
(Oak Grove, Utah)_After two years of being hosted in broiling St. George, the Southern Utah Classic tournament moves to the high country as National Forest Campground Host Doug Spendlove welcomes the annual ZFL tournament to Oak Grove Campground in the scenic and cool Pine Valley Mountains on Saturday August 8th. Activities begin at 11 am. ZFL Hall of Famer Doug Spendlove has been named SUC coordinator and invites everyone to camp out throughout the weekend and has reserved three sites for your camping needs. Doug is planning a pork roast and dutch oven potato dinner on Saturday afternoon. Candi is bringing corn on the cob and Helen and John are bringing other treats as well. Mike's Posse will ride up with cookie and cake treats. Coach Spendlove mentioned that with the assistance of his "junior ranger" Beau, many of your camping needs can be easily accommodated. Doug may be reached 24 hours a day at 619-4981 and welcomes your questions, requests, as well as other Southern Utah Classic III information. Everyone is asked to bring their own ice chests and lots of water. If enough people are interested, a Saturday breakfast buffet potluck is possible.ZFL Notes:
Mike's Posse blasted Barb's Ghostriders 48-14 in last year's Southern Utah Classic II championship game...Shawn's Assassins won the first ever SUC in 2007 with a 28-26 win over Helen's Mynx in the title tilt...Shawn's killer Assassins lead the ZFL in 2009 with two championships and a 11 win 2 loss record in ZFL tournament play...

When did Cowboy Coach Beau Fisher get promoted to Junior Ranger? Maybe he and the campground host are spending too much time on the mountain together.

Thank you dad for taking over this years SUC. Hopefully next year I'll be able to host it again.

US Forest Service Manual: Chapter 1 paragraph 2 states: Junior Ranger is THE most prestigious and noteable title that can be bestowed upon a worthy and most excellent assistant. Sexual favors and gratitude are not required nor encouraged by the recipient of this honor. (But, they can't hurt either.)

The wide ranging unilateral agreements include denial of fringe benefits to ANY and OR all ZFL members who willingly engage in slanderous postings of any kind on this website.
