Heat Rises In Zion National Park!

(Zion National Park, Utah)_Coach Doug Spendlove's amazing Parowan Rams won 10 straight ZFL tournament games upon entering April 8th's Zion Bowl Championship Game. The "Dirty Birds" fell short in their bid to win 3 straight ZFL Tournaments, as Tim Spendlove led his Hurricane Heat to a stunning 45-31 victory to capture his first ever ZFL Championship.

The Heat fought through a tough ZFL field, including a 42-2 surprising rout
over two-timin' defending Zion Bowl Champion Jim Cantrell's Gold Miners, as well as a hard fought 20-10 win over Tony Iverson's Stoners. Tim
then led his Hurricane Heat in an old fashion shootout scorefest over
Daddy Doug's Parowan Rams - the Zion Football League's hottest team.
