Spendlove All Stars to host ZFL All Stars in historic Birthday Bowl XXXI at Spendlove Place
(Hurricane, Utah)_Through the years the Birthday Bowl has become the Zion Football League's showcase event. Every January, for the past 31 years, fans and players from the colorful history of the ZFL have gathered to celebrate armchair football and the good times shared together. That tradition of excellence will be happily continued on January 19, 2008 at 1 pm when the Zion Football League All Stars invade Spendlove Place to face off against one of the best all star teams ever assembled - the Spendlove Family All Stars - in Birthday Bowl XXXI.Led by Patriarch Douglas V. Spendlove, the Spendlove All Stars
will feature four 2007 ZFL Tournament Champions, who led the Spendlove Family to their best year ever. The Zion Football League All Stars will be coached by Tony Iverson, who led last year's ZFL All Stars to a near upset of Mike's powerful Posse in Birthday Bowl XXX.
The game kick-off is at 3 pm. Come and be a part of Zion Football League history.

From what I hear, The K-Mt-Cows and the Blue Devils might not even show up to help the Spendlove All Stars in the Birthday Bowl. No matter...the ZFL All Stars will roll to an impressive victory!
Well if you do all remember right, I do believe the Mountain Cows rejected the Spendlove name a few months ago. It would be crazy and down right idiotic for Coach Dougie to play him! Thats like signing T.O. to the Cowboys after disgracing the star!
As for the Blue Devils I wouldnt be surprised to see them in this match up. Preston and his "hellacious" Blue Devil team will probably be looking to help show the ZFL "old-stars" what Spendlove football is all about!
The ZFL All-Stars may be seasoned, but the spendloves have spent all their luck, they are going down.........

Sports Books here report brisk betting on Saturday's Birthday Bowl game. The Spendlove All Stars opened as a 3 1/2 point favorite, but so many betters have been putting money on the ZFL All Stars that the line has dropped to 1 1/2 points. The over/under line remains at 42 points.
1 point or 30 points it doesnt matter. The Spendloves are here to spank the little birthday bitches heiny!
