ZFL celebrates another successful year with Holiday Bowl XVII at Beau & O's!

(St. George, Utah)_The Zion Football League is proud to announce that Holiday Bowl XVII will be held at Beau and Candy's beautiful home on Sunday, December 14. Activities and pre-game parties kick off at 10 am.
Beau and O will provide a holiday turkey and ham platter. Doug and Kathy will kick in a vegetable tray and traditional dressing. ZFL fans are asked to bring rolls, cranberry sauces, deserts, and other holiday treats of fine cuisine. Last year's Holiday Bowl celebration at Beau and Candy's place was the first ever seventeen team ZFL tournament in the 33 year history of the Zion Football League.

ZFL Notes...Jim Cantrell's Gold Miners won last year's Holiday Bowl with a 52-31 corraling of Justin's Kaibab Mountain Cows...Barb's Ghostriders spooked Mike's Posse 21-14 in the 2007 Holiday Bowl Third Place game... The first Holiday Bowl tournament was held in Ivins, Utah on December 12th, 1987...Tony's Stoners stunned Mike's Posse 28-24 in 2004's Holiday Bowl XIII championship game...Shawn's Assassins missed a extra point in the third overtime, losing a heartbreaking, and historic, title game loss to the Stoners in 2005's Holiday Bowl XIV... Kirk Gifford's Ravens soared to a ZFL Crown in his last tournament appearance, 1994's Holiday Bowl VII...The first nine Holiday Bowl tournaments were played at the home of Brent and Arlene Jensen who lived in Ivins...Since the Jensen divorce and relocation, the Holiday Bowl has spread holiday cheer in Springdale, Hurricane, and in recent years, St. George...

To anonymous: Yes, she does. HOWEVEVER... Check the attire she's wearing. Hmmm, could that be #33 Tony D. Got a feeling that may portend an omen. Perhaps a day in the sunshine for those cowboys.
